Role Responsibilities
The primary role of the Sales & Merchandising Assistant is to provide Account Managers with
administrative support, including entering orders, organizing and preparing shipping, and
managing orders through the workflow. As skillset grows, the Sales & Merchandising Assistant
sources and prepares client decks and ensures accurate pricing and inventory. With so many
exciting clients, this is a fast-paced and detail-oriented position!
Key responsibilities include: Manage new client and vendor set-up; effectively utilize ClickUp and
Order Entry software; provide accurate, timely follow-up; source appropriate products with
unique appeal to client audiences and align with their brand culture and image; ensure accurate
pricing and available inventory; prepare client decks, organize client dropship lists ensuring
compatibility with vendor systems; prepare freight quotes and formal client quotes.
This full-time position reports to the Merchandising Manager. All training is provided on-site.
Upon successful completion of training, employees are eligible to participate in the hybrid
workplace with qualifying roles when circumstances and conditions allow for success.
Key Interfaces
Sales & Merchandising Assistants closely partner with Account Managers and manage effective handoffs
with the Project Management, E-commerce, Creative Services, and Finance teams. This role may also
interact with clients, suppliers, manufacturers, and guests.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
Experience in Google Suite and Microsoft Office - Experience with data entry and/or project management software preferred
- Possesses superb communication and promise management skills
- Holds a high bar for performance, is a WE oriented person who is honest, reliable,
